I can not say enough good things about the job Garage Concepts did on our garage floor. I am an aerospace engineer and can be a bit demanding of contractors. They exceeded all my expectations. We have had dozens of contractors in our newer home over the past few years and no one has been more friendly, professional, punctual, efficient and communicative than this team. The told me exactly what was going to happen and did exactly that. They hit a few unexpected issues with my particular floor and handled them quickly without changing their price or finish time. I definitely wanted the polyaspartic finish rather than epoxy based on the higher durability and better look. Their price was the best of three bids I got and I am extremely happy with the results.

This company was referred to me by my neighbor that used them. Could not be more pleased. The owner contacted me directly and ran the entire project. Very punctual and very thorough. They were extremely meticulous in their work. Would definitely recommend them!

Rob Rick with Garage Concepts were amazing. They were very detailed in explaining the process and why they use the products they use. Scheduling was easy and they didn't require a hefty 50% upfront just to get on the schedule. They day on install they arrive early and were very professional. They got right to work diamond grinding the floor. They took their time and it showed. After, they fill every crack and smoothed out any rough spots in the floor. They constantly kept me up to date as to what they were doing and any issues they observed they communicated with me immediately. The epoxy base coat was put down and they were very detailed in getting every nook in the garage. The flake and top coat were then put down, reveling an amazing floor. They communicated how long till items and vehicles could go back on the floor. Payment was then made. The end result is an amazing garage floor I am proud of, installed by hard working professionals.

He explained the process, asked my preferences about questions that arose during the installation, and made the entire process a great experience. From scheduling an estimate to the completed job... I could not be happier. I had the garage floor, the front porch and my laundry room done and it looks awesome. I most certainly would recommend Garage Concepts!

Rick and Adam showed up on the scheduled date on time. They utilized a new diamond grinder and vacuum attachment. It woked great, nominal dust accumulation. After grinding, they cleaned the area then filled all cracks. They then applied 2 coats of base coat followed by a full broadcast of flakes. My area was approx. 850 sf. The next morning they came back , cleaned up the excess flakes, and applied the final clear topcoat. This was allowed to dry 24 hrs. The final product looks great, just like the sample !

We use our garage as the main entry point into the house. I absolutely hated walking through this dark, dingy and dirty looking area of our house. I finally made the decision to move ahead with the floor. The job was done professionally and I am thrilled. If you are on the fence about getting this done, I would tell you this one of the best decisions I have made, just get it done. The pics speak for themselves.

Garage Concepts exceeded my expectations! The floors and custom cabinet are beautiful. The owner and his team were a pleasure to work with. The quality of the epoxy floor and cabinet is top notch.

Outstanding job by Garage Concepts. Rob & Rick are highly professional, courteous, and perform in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone considering coating garage floor. They have an excellent website which explains what they do - and they do it exactly as promised. Would have included pictures in this review but could not - in fact I lost my review input twice trying to include pictures.

They were really good. It was an competitive price.The flooring price of their business, and we were satisfied. Very good.

Excellent results. Covering is attractive and durable, so far. One-day install, and two days waiting for the curing process to make sure coating was completely dry. The extensive professional prep work is necessary and a DIYer would not be able to get the same results. The chip work in the finish looks particularly good. The results justify the cost.

Terrific. They are responsive, professional, and in my case, they bent over backwards to meet a move in schedule.

They were very professional. They came and did an estimate, which was exact. They explained the process very well and set a time to do it. They were on time and did a very good job. Everything was neat and clean and I couldn't be more happy with the result.

We contacted Garage Concepts for an estimate for garage cabinets.  We had an idea and rough diagram of what we wanted -- cabinets up off the floor and with doors for a clean look and so that sawdust from woodworking projects did not settle on all the garage shelves and contents.  Rob and Rick came out with samples and explained what they offer and how they work.  Their cabinets are very sturdy, 3/4 inch plywood with laminated sides (white on the inside and whatever you want on the outside), with black edging in a rubber-like material that is slightly rounded on the edges.  They install their cabinets with bolts and take the time and effort needed to get them installed with precision -- no shortcuts.
We received an estimate several days after the visit and it included detail pricing and a diagram.   We went back and forth on the sizes and positioning and every time, Rob was professional, prompt and always willing to explain the whys behind something.  They work to get you the most storage for their source's pricing schedule and so we were able to get additional depth in some cases without an increase in cost.  
The hardest part of the process was choosing the laminate.  They can get you any laminate color/design that's produced by the main laminate producers.  That's a lot of choices and so you have to know what you want; Rob and Rick are not color experts, although they will give you recommendations based on what's worked for them in the past.  Rob lent us a chain of laminate samples, pointed us to the various manufacturers, and patiently waited while we figured out which option to go with.
Once we decided, it took several weeks to get the cabinets built and get on the schedule.  It took Rob and Rick two full days to install the cabinets; they arrived and worked fairly quietly, getting each cabinet just right.  They had to install around a window and a wall that had a bump-out that housed the water heater drain pipes and they did an excellent job.
We are 100% happy with the work Garage Concepts did for us; they were great to work with and are well worth the price!

Rick and Rob were on time, professional, friendly and left us with a beautiful finished product! So glad we chose them!
