The estimate was very reasonable. The service provided was very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their windows clean. Excellent service, excellent performance.

The man shows up on time. Never introduces himself to me. Tells me he will do the outside first and then the inside. I noticed he didn't clean my 3 patio door screens. Didn't even touch them. He made some excuse about not wanting to take them off the track. Who asked him to? The owner did a follow up later and I told him about this and he said, "well, we use a foam."' I said he didn't in this case. At all!
Once he finished outside, he comes inside. Did put on booties. But starts to clean with a foam cleaner like one I have. I could see right away smears, etc. And, they are supposed to clean window sills and I particularly asked the owner if they cleaned the tracks of the sliders I have. He assured me they do. Well, this one didn't. At all. And cleaning the screens? Really? He wiped them down with a cloth he said. But didn't touch the most dirty, dusty screens I had. My sliding glass door screens. One hour and 15 minutes later he was handing me a bill. I pointed out that he had not cleaned any of the tracks of the windows. I have energy efficient windows you can just lift up and bend down to clean. Easy! I told him about the sliding glass door tracks. He asked for a broom or dust pan and brush. He hadn't brought one with him.
I pointed out smears still on the first windows he had started on. He tried to work on those, but had more important places to go. Finally, I just wrote a check to get him the heck out of my home. I was asked to sign the work order with "Inspected and approved." I wrote 'NO."
The owner calls me two days later. I told him all that I am telling you. He says nothing except that the guy should have used some foam on the patio door screens. Huh? Loser company. Anyone who uses them deserves what I got. A lot of nothing for a lot of money. How many of you work for $100 an hour? To use a squeegee on some glass? I asked what they used. Sheldon, the owner, told me "soap and water." And I didn't run then? What a sucker I was. No more flyers! Ever! Angie's List all the way.

They arrived an hour before I got home, and did the outslide windows. Once I was home they did the inside windows. We also have a blass knicknack stand hanging from the ceiling in front of one of the windows. they very carefully cleaned behind it. I felt they did a great job, and would hav ethem back again.

They were supposed to take the storm windows down from the outside and wash between the windows and the outside of the windows. They couldn?t take it down. The work went okay. If I was there when they washed the windows I would have made sure there were no sludge?s on the windows which they left out. They left my lock on one of the windows. They said they would make that a top priority the following week when they came back and they told that they would replace it. They didn?t do it and I didn?t try calling them either. Their price was the cheapest.

He came when he said he would, did a very good job, his crew is polite and very nice, the windows look fantastic upon completion; I've had no problems.
