Luisa is who I have used. She set up a whole room for my late husband that display his metals and incorporated the colors, etc. The couch pulls out into a bed and it matches the chair and rug and it all looks beautiful. She coordinated everything and sold me everything for the room. Luisa is very very personable and easy to work with.

We purchased a vacation home and wanted to replace the living room furniture. We wanted to buy here and ship to another location (see it and sit in it before we purchased and shipped it). Sounds easy right. Not a chance. We went to all the major furniture retailers in the metroplex and were told time after time that they could not sell furniture here and ship to another location, even through another store in the area we wanted it shipped to. After some research we found the unsaid underlaying problem. All stores we had gone to, work off a commission of sales. We happened to stop at Ethan Allen and truly expected the same answer as all the others. Boy were we surprised. First, no commission sales and that is the difference. As with all the other stores, unless you buy the showroom samples, everything is ordered from the factory and has a 4 to 8 week delivery. Our first impression was that Ethan Allen was interested in making us happy from start to finish. Unlike the other stores where you have a choice of sometimes five fabric choices. Ethan Allen has hundreds of fabric choices and not only that, on most items you can choose up to three levels of firmness on the cushions. We selected a style and comfort that suited us. Then selected the fabric and level of firmness we desired. All with the help of a service representative that took the time and patience to make us happy. Remember, no commissions here, so no need to run to the next person that walks into the store to make a quick sale.
