The floor is horrible.  There are multiple high edges, crooked cuts, transition boards that the bottom had been cut off to compensate for crooked cuts etc.  Shawn will not warranty his work.  He blames it on the materials but never once told me he was having any issues.  In fact, he asked where we bought the floor because he wanted some himself.  He simply will not accept responsibility for his poor workmanship.  He did not grout properly and left the whole floor covered saying I needed to mop it up and mix in sealer myself and that would take care of cracks that were missing grout.  I would not wish this contractor on my worst enemy!!!!
