Satellite TV Equipment Service
The DVR system that DISH has is not as good as DirectTV's, and no one at tech support seems to know what is going on. That special price has now expired and I'm paying more than ever. I can't switch back because I'm now under a contract and if I switch, I have to pay for the months left on the contract. I added a TV to my package, and without my knowledge, that renewed my contract. The bill is very hard to decipher. A few times they have added a $5 charge to my bill because they say my receiver is not plugged directly into an outlet. I don't even know what they are talking about. It is just like it has always been since they installed it.
