First want to say we dealt with a Duncan Air Specialist that was at a different address and was owned by a Ty Head. The installation went well.  It was the follow up service that was a problem. About a year after installation we had a problem and Mr. Head come out and took care of the problem but also sold my husband a rather expensive maintenace program for two services a year.  After one service out floor flooded by the unit caused by a blockage.  I called Mr Head and was spoken to very rudely and basically total it was my fault.  I tried about 6 months later to have Duncan come out to perform the maintenance service and the second of the two of the expensive service agreement.  I could not get a response from Mr. Head.  Also shortly after having the heat pump and electronic fiter put in I talked to Mr Head at least twice regarding cleaning the electronic filter.  I was told since it was electronic I did not have to clean anything.  Well, since we could not get Mr Head to fullfull his agreement we had a another heating company come out to service the unit.  We were asked about the electronic filter.  It turns out that yes they are supposed to be cleaned but the opening to the furnace closet was too small to get the filter out.  How Mr. Head got the electronic filter in there in the first place I don't know.  We hired someone to come out to take the trim off, make the opening larger and put on a new larger door.  This cost us almost  $900.00 Thank you Mr. Head.When the other company came out to service they also found a filter that was not needed due to the electronic filter that was pushed up against other parts.  The other company was amazed the unit was still operating.  Needless to say we would not have any further dealing with Mr. Head unless they are in small claims court.
