DP Moving & Cleaning

Its was the WORST exerience of my Life. Misty quoted me one price over the phone I booked a month in advance and Misty called the night before to ask for my address as if she had forgotten. When the 2 young boys got there there were polite but they took an hours worth of work and turned it into a 4 hour job for a 1 bedroom apartment..with a bed a small chest a table and a sofa and about 15 boxes small and medium boxes. The boys took 1 box at a time instead of using a Dolly to drag out the time.. I called Misty she didnt remember the price she quoted from a month ago.. and she and her husband were very rude unprofessional and I will go back to Easy Movers they are the best..and they drive from Fort Worth to move me everyt time..Misty sais because they were from Arlington it was far from from where I lived in Allen Tx.which is only about 30 mins..Also other people have complained about DP Moving company about them changing the price once they come to move you and you have to pay to rent their truck that they rent from Uhaul. you pay for the whole day.the dont have their own truck. They Ripped me off and my daughter was very upset with them and we wont EVER use them again.. I was charged 285 for an hours worth of work.. Angie shoud removed them off the list.. Please dont use this company.. I did have everything packed and ready to go. for them
