Outstanding workmanship!!!

I had them install baseboards for my house. The work was ok/ acceptable, no coping was done but overall was ok. The customer service, attitude, and professionalism were terrible. The contractor always argued whenever I gave feedback rather than trying to fix or work around the issue. He also refused to provide a receipt despite asking multiple times and explaining that it was needed for insurance reasons, his excuse was that he gave an estimate which is not proof of payment. The worst part was the final walk-through, I specifically requested the contractor to call me 30 mins before doing so I can come and meet him but he called me when he was done and had to wait for half an hour to meet which made him mad. upon my arrival he was sitting on my stairs watching some loud music or videos and ignoring me completely until he finally turned it off to get paid, that was unprofessional and very childish. Positives: he showed up and completed the job on time.

Erick and his team did a great job installing crown molding in our home. We had a few challenging areas as the house is 95 years old, and the walls have some bend to them, but everything looks great. We're very pleased with the work they did.

His pricing is very competitive and the work he does is amazing. He is very knowledgeable about what he does and helped my husband and I with decisions we hadn't even thought about.
