How did it go? Awful. We have horrible scale staining and drip marks. Constant algae problems. And the pool area was left with overspray that we are still trying to scrub/clean. Our pool literally looks worse than it did before the resurfacing. We have called and asked this contractor to come back and make this right - - he just stopped returning calls/texts. He'll say "I'll come by and take a look" but never does. We finally gave up, but others should be warned. It looks like he, Doc Holliday, also may do business as "Quality Coping and Plaster" and has several bad yelp reviews - - I wish I had read those. I was so sure he was different! I'm so disappointed in the integrity and follow-through. I have literally given up hope there are any contractors who do quality work.
