DLR Foundation Repair & Roofing Company

Doug (DLR) was the only roof repair company that offered to meet with our insurance company and show them all the damage we had. That resulted in our getting our entire roof and gutters replaced. He works very hard for his customers. He also keeps in touch so you don't worry. Our foundation repair was reasonable and he didn't try to upsell us. When we had issues after the repair he made sure they were taken care of.

DLR replaced the roof and lifted the foundation for our Irving home immediately prior to our purchasing it.   We contacted Doug to transfer the warranties and ask questions about the work performed.  We met for a solid hour, and Doug educated us on foundation repairs and maintenance.  Very knowledgeable and credible.  
DLR does other work (ie: fencing) and we will not hesitate to call Doug when we need that work done.

Doug Russel is the owner of the company. He personally came to my home and inspected the damages I was concerned with. Because it turned out to be an insurance claim, Doug met with my insurance claims adjuster to get all the repairs paid for and completed. the work was done quickly and cleanly. The guys that came out to do the work were polite and courteous. I couldn't have asked for it to go any smoother.

Mr. Russell was very responsive to my initial phone call.  He had some other work going on in the DFW area, and we worked out a time that he could meet me at my house to discuss the job.
This is my first home, this was the first major job, and it was an insurance claim.  I had no idea what to expect, and I was worried because I was about to move out of state, and tenants were moving in.  After Mr. Russell took over, I did not have to deal with the insurance company, and he was always in communication with either the tenants, the property manager or me. He was very honest and knowledgeable about what the insurance company may or may not cover. 
I didn't have any complaints from the tenants, and the bathroom looked really nice once I got a chance to see it 6 months later. If I ever need more work done whether it's for an insurance claim, repair or remodeling, Mr. Russell would definitely be the first on my list to call.

He answered all my questions and gave options that could assist me regarding the gaps in my home.  He was very professional and helpful.

DLR Construction, contractor Doug Russell, is seriously, my superhero.  He is a professional, with a terrific crew. He stays on top of things, monitor's progress, addresses questions and concerns immediately and gets the job done.  I would recommend his team to anyone.  We have been prepping our house to sell, and he has been with us every step of the way, offering advice, pricing quotes and exploring options.  He wasn't afraid to step outside his comfort zone to try something new, and helped us navigate the process. The owner Doug Russell called me back within 5 minutes of leaving him a message.  We made arrangements to meet at my client's house (I'm a Realtor) to get estimates for the requested repairs from the Buyer's Lender.  He arrived exactly on time, walked the house with me and determined the expenses for the different repairs.  The following day, he and his plumber and electrician again arrived on time (was actually a little early) and made the necessary inspections and repairs.  I was so impressed by DLR Construction, that I hired them to replace my own roof.  I will be referring them to my clients in the future.
