I hired this company to complete a paver patio. I was given a quote for $5200. I asked if he could go lower. He gave me a speech saying that he was a new company and needed stars and that he could do the work for $3900. He started the work on October 25th and finished on the 14th of November. He then tell me he could finish the project for $1700 more. It took him 3 weeks to partially complete a small patio and then tells me he needs more money to complete. I agreed to pay the additional $1700 and was told the patio would be finished today, the 27th of November and I have not heard from him.
