I chose Discount Hitch after some research because the company has been in business since the early '70s.  Reviews were positive, and their website informative.  It took only a minute to get an accurate quote on the site.  The initial telephone call was pleasant.  The hitch had to be ordered and arrived just as I was told, within two days.  An appointment was quickly made.  I was greeted warmly upon arrival, and spent time with a friend while the hitch was installed.  When I got home and attempted to put the bike rack on a few days later, I experienced a problem and thought perhaps the wrong hitch had been installed, so returned to the store where a very nice gentleman offered to find out what was going on.  It turned out that my bike rack had a large screw on it that needed unscrewed in order for the rack to go on the hitch easily.  I was surprised since I've had the rack for several years and never knew about that feature.  Now that I'm aware, the bike rack installs much easier than ever before, so I'm thankful I returned to Discount Hitch and found this out from the attendant there.  Everything about my experience with Discount Hitch was positive, so I will gladly recommend them in the future.

I called and spoke with Chris.  I explained that I'm not familiar with what I would require as I had done with the three other shops I called first.  He explained what parts would be needed and explained about the electric brakes for the camper if required.
Overall, he was very personable and said he could get us in on a Friday evening as long as we got there by 5.  It should take  "no more than an hour for the basic hitch setup with no brakes at this time."  We were in and out in about 30 minutes and it seems like it is setup properly.
Very pleased.  Once we get our popup I will add on if anything changes or needs an update.
