Real Estate Service
- We contacted Diana in December 2012 when we got back a home we had sold on contract. Those living there had left the home a horrible, filthy mess. We consulted with Diana on a regular basis about work that would need to be done on the home. She provided:
- Recommendations about what did and did not need to be done
- Advised us on paint colors, light fixtures, cabinet knobs, finishes, etc.
- Provided an excellent market analysis and suggested pricing
- Had folks she could recommend to do the work, if we needed them
- Did an excellent listing for the home, including outstanding pictures
Then Diana went back to work for us to make sure the closing was on time and that all details were taken care of. We were very pleased with her attention to detail and communication through this important portion of the sale.
We have bought 8 homes and sold 9 in the last 30 years and know a great realtor when we find one. She is second to none. She will sell our current home when we decide to move on.
