Called them at 8:40 and by 10:20 Matt was here and finished. He was fast, professional and very nice. Will definitely use them and ask for Matt if I ever need garage door service again.

Jonathan (who is a former Marine, for anyone who would be happy to know that there are veterans employed by the company) showed up on time, and did the work very quickly. He was extremely professional and polite. He did a great job in an efficient manner. The house is new construction (less than six months old at this time) and he lubricated the system after he made the repairs, leaving it running even quieter than it did before he arrived - and I always felt it was very quiet. When he was finished with the work, he explained everything that he had done. He told me what lubricants he used, and where I can buy them myself for future use. He gave me several tips and bits of advice to keep the door running safely, quietly, and securely for years to come, and offered to program the remote codes into our Tahoe for us, but I had already done so.

Jonathan the tech was outstanding! On time, professional, polite, quick and clean. He did a great job, called ahead when he was on his way to the house. Jonathon showed up exactly when he was scheduled. Davis Door is represented very well by him. I'd definitely use Davis Door again.

I closed my electric gate on my car and broke it. Matt came out the next morning, on time, professional and repaired my gate perfectly! Will definitely use again for gate or garage door issues.

It was a clear problem that they were able to fix. He oiled the doors as well and looked at my third car garage to give me hints till I was ready to have him fix that one. That particular door had been replaced from the original. The garage door opener for the 2 car was worked on as well. My door is still working just fine. I believe this work was over a year ago.

I called Davis Door Service on Thursday and was able to get an appointment on Friday.
Jonathan came out and was on time, even gave me a call letting me know that he was on his way.
He adjusted and tightened things, reset my keypad, and generally made it all work better. He was very courteous and helpful.
I will definitely use them again.

Called for estimate after conducting some research to replace broken spring to double garage door. Price was reasonable and same as estimate. Service conducted within hour of call by a Marine vet who was polite. Service included inspection and maintenance of door and opening system. All questions answered professionally.

Matt showed up on time and was very professional. He fixed the garage in about twenty minutes. He took the time to make sure the rails were in the correct position and adjusted a couple of bent pieces so that door wheels did not pop out. He greased the springs and the chain track. He checked the pressure the door pops back up when it hits anything.
After he was done he gave me a koozie, pen and coffee cup. LOL swag to make sure we have their number for next time.
I would use Davis Door service again.

Have used Davis each of last two years. Google reviews were positive in 2012, hence my original call. Two different guys in '12 and '13, but both handled themselves properly and (very importantly) my garage door immediately started running better. ... Not giving an "A" on price only because I haven't used any other providers in the Arlington area, so I don't really know how competitive Davis' pricing is. But not complaining about price.

The overall process went very well. The technician arrived within 45 minutes fo me placing a call. He diagnosed the problem, quoted a price, and scheduled a return visit. He had to return to his office to aquire the brace. He returned within a few hours and completed the repair. I am very satisfied with my experience.
