Home Inspection
I took him to small claims court for his lack of oversight and was awarded a judgement on 7/3/12. After no appeal by the home inspector or payment, I placed a lien upon his home on 7/19/12 at the Tarrant County Courthouse in Fort Worth,TX. From the time he was notified of the situation with the attic back in October of 2011, he was not willing to accept any responsibility then or in small claims court.

HE WAS VERY GOOD. HE WAS VERY THOROUGH. HE WAS ON TIME. HE TOOK HIS TIME. HE ALSO HAD THE REPORT READY ONLINE ON THE SAME DAY HE DID THE INSPECTION. HE WAS WONDERFUL!
