The day the work was scheduled for Danny was a no call/no show. He came the following day by himself and we reviewed the work to be done as I could not stay. He said he wouldn't be able to do parts of it because he didn't have help. The job was outlined multiple times prior, why would he not bring what's needed to complete task? He said he'd take $100 off for the day's work and come back to finish later. When I returned home 1/3 of the job had been done, the main problem area where the tree was blocking sun had not been remedied at all. Further, the cuts on the tree were not smooth but rather jagged which I've been told damages the tree. Some limbs were clearly ripped off and others left on roof. A tree had been cut that was not supposed to be touched at all. He left a mess in my neighbor's driveway where I guess he loaded trailer. Upon calling business about dissatisfaction, Gabby Ortiz-Danny's wife came and agreed cuts were not proper but she refused to complete the job. Selling the house and being pregnant I just wanted major concerns handled so she agreed to send him back to get limbs off roof and trim corner to allow sun. Calls and texts happened back and forth for a month and then they started ignoring me. I was continually put off saying they had to look at schedule and then was dodged all together. It has now been almost 5 months. They clearly have no intention of honoring their commitment. I have read similar reviews on other sites-STAY AWAY!
