Landscaping
Some of his work was okay. We like our water feature, but many of the plants he put in did not survive due to poor design. In addition, he never completed the project as specified in the contract. When we called him to complain, he ignored us and wouldn't answer his phone or return our calls.

When I was watching them put the flowers in, they were picking up iris flowers by the plant not the pot. Those flowers are delicate and can't be handled like that. They offered to replace any plants that died within the first 6 months. The irises died within a week, and when I called I never got a call back. He didn't stand by his word by replacing them.
