They are awesome. We use them every week. They will be here tomorrow. As I said earlier we moved to Italy for couple of years and we asked bunch of people and he came recommended. He is also police officer and so we didn't want to sell our house we wanted to keep our house so our son moved in and he didn't have time to mess with pool and all that kind of stuff so we hired Dallas and he took care of the pool for the two years when we were here.

The process was timely and worked very well. The entire job took about 3 days. Dallas, the owner of D's Pool Service was involved from the very beginning and guided us through the options we had. The filters were too damaged to clean once they were removed so they had to be replaced. The valves/gasket had to be replaced too. The swimming pool almost immediately began looking better and after a few days it was sparking clean and brilliant! It is now a pleasure to use and look at. We could see how the pool needed the continuous service of D's Pool Service so we now have them doing weekly maintenance. Everyone's happy, including the pool!

Dallas answered my initial phone call himself. He was there to do the estimate at the scheduled time. He returned my call immediately when I left a message. All the work was completed as agreed and when scheduled. Dallas reviewed the completed work with me and answered all of my questions. He simplified the layout of the pool equipment which will eliminate future opportunities for leaks. The equipment is 30 years old. I am extremely pleased with the results.

Their price is reasonable. They do a very good job in keeping the pool clean; they clean the filters. They are good gentlemen. If there's any problems, they will come out very quickly. We have them replace pool lights a couple of weeks ago. They do a very good job.

Dallas and his workers were all very professional and organized. They came when they said they would and worked hard all day. It was a big job but they got it done in a very timely manner. The pool looks great and we are anxious for the weather to warm up enough for us to get in. I will definitely use him again.

Arrived promptly as agreed. Applied compressed air to clear obstruction in the return line of the water circulation system. Was very thorough in checking to be sure the repair was effective.

We had a leak in our pool and had to turn the pump off for many days in order to locate the leak. During this time our pool became close to a swamp. Called Dallas at D's Pool Service on a weekend. He was at our house that day to help stabilize the situation. He came back on Monday and for the next couple of days cleaned the filter and replace broken filter panels. He brought in a portable filter system to run my pool through so that it wouldn't clog up my filter. He vacuumed the pool. After a couple of days the pool was crystal clear and looked better than it had in years.

I really like him. He works with the police department; he is an off-duty police officer. He did a great job. He was real conscientious, and he seemed really intelligent. He probably read stuff about pools and learnt something. With regard to price, it probably had to be at least $300. I don’t remember what it was but I am sure it wasn’t totally cheap. He was very reasonable. He was as responsive as he can be because he has to work. Considering that, he is pretty responsive. He may not be able to do it that day, because he will be on three days and off three days. He was right on time and very professional. I am going to use him again. I am probably going to call him this week.

Dallas was awesome! I called him on a Monday....the only day I had off work for a while and he called me right back and was able to come by that day...within hours of my call. He was very professional and friendly. He knew exactly what was wrong with my pool equipment...actually something I would have never thought to check! Within about 45 minutes he had all my problems fixed and was out of there....all at a great price!
After he was gone I had another problem (so I thought) and called him. He was happy to take my call and walk me through what I needed to do. He said I could call him any time and he would answer my questions. I was so grateful.
I was completely happy and satisfied. This company, and especially Dallas himself was top notch. It's safe to say....I've found my new pool company and I am so happy I have. My old pool guy wanted to charge me over $600 and redo the plumbing to fix what Dallas did with an $80 part. Now I know he was just dishonest. I'm thrilled!!
Stop looking and call them now. Dallas has two full time guys that work with him and a completely reasonable service call fee! Best I have found. Just call. You will see.

D's Pool Service is the epitame of quality small entrepreneurship at its finest. We first hired D's Pool Service when we had a repair problem many years ago. We were so impressed with their professional service (prompt, friendly,excellent service, reasonable pricing), we continued to use them for all repair work after that time. In the fall, 2011, we moved out of the country for a 2 1/2 year assignment. We contracted with D's Pool Service to manage all of our pool needs during this time. This included weekly maintenance to the pool as well as tending to any repairs that needed to be managed. We cannot say enough of Dallas (owner) and his team. Due to their high level of professionalism and quality service, we are thankful to know that the pool is in good hands during our absence. We highly recommend D's Pool Service to all prospective customers.
