I called D's Air Service at approximately 9:30 am and my call was returned shortly afterwards. I believe it was Doug that called me. He was very knowledgeable as I explained my AC problem. He knew exactly what I was describing and said that the problem was a common one. He went on to quote me prices over the phone for the services that I may need. When it was all said and done there were no surprises. He kept his word. The technician Travis arrived within an hour of having spoken to Doug. Travis was professional and courteous as he repaired my AC unit. Travis worked efficiently and got my air up and running in no time. I really appreciated the extra effort Travis put to make the repair flawless, he even drilled an extra hole to run wires through, very considerate on what the repair would look like in it's finished state. Thank you for a job well done.

AC was not cooling. D's Air Service came out determined it was a link in the line. They offer 2 fixes and I took the cheaper one. Has been working fine every since. They refill the feon and put in a fix a seal type in the line. Have used them at least one a year for the past 6 years and have always received excellent service. I have recommended this service to people my neighborhood and out of 14 houses, 6 have been using them for the past 5 years at least. Other neighbors already had a AC repair person.

We've used Ds for the past seven years. Doug came recommended by our neighbor. We have an older AC system which still runs well. Doug knows these systems well. He is professional, highly knowlegable, and addresses the problem quickly. He will gladly answer any questions you have and is very considerate in keeping your cost reasonable. We highly recommend him.

Very good. Compressor went out Friday before Father's Day.They responded same day, assessed the problem and had the new compressor on order by EOB Friday. By 6 PM the following Monday we had central air again. Their delay was a prior unfinished job that had to be finished by Monday morning.
