+ -1 moreBOB IS VERY FRIENDLY, TAKES HIS TIME TO DO A GOOD JOB. WE HAVE TROUBLE WITH ANTS AND HE IS DETERMINED TO GET RID OF THEM. HE COMES EVERY THREE MONTHS, OR MORE OFTEN WHEN CALLED. HE WANTS THE CUSTOMER SATISFIED. HE CALLS AHEAD TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT.
