I drove over and had a nail on my tire. When I got the tire back up there for a repairs, they found a nail that was too close to the edge to repair and the tire had to be replaced, because I had got the tires at Costco, they have a road hazard guarantee and warranty policy, they gave me two tires for a prorated value of the tire that was damaged. I didn't have the exact same tire that they sold me a year and a half ago, they have a different tire that was comparable and because you can't have different wear on the two tire, I got new back tires instead of one new tire. In fact if I'd be willing to wait about four or five days, they would have ordered me four new tires to get the exact same brand. I was very very pleased with Costco. I can really recommend them. I got $400 worth of new tires for $120. The tires they had in stock were more expensive. We renewed our membership contract with them.

They were fair and reasonable because I got a bonus for being a Costco customer. They were very good, I thought they did a great job! The company that they hired did a great installation and they didn't charge me for the furniture.

Fantastic. Costco is a top notch company and their service is always top rate. We have bought replacement tires from Costco for all of our vehicles and will continue to do so. They even repair punctures at no charge on tires purchased from them.

They are generally the same as the other big box stores. We reasearched the TVs and they had the best price around. The price of the TVs I bought met or were less than anyone else around. I'd did get some help from information but since they are a big box store it's not always a knowledgeable person you talk to about the TVs, but we did. We had been through the store several times looking at them. With our research and the person who helped us we did pretty good. I do not have my Costco membership anymore.
