EXCELLENT!!! After 10 days of the run-around with Direct TV, I contacted Clarks in the morning and they came out the same day and corrected the problem in about 30 minutes. Great technician and courteous front office personnel! HIGHLY recommend this company!

This is the second time we have used Clark's. The first time was to fix issues we had with Direct TV. They solved the problem very quickly. This visit was to get all of our wall mounted TV's down. Our realtor told us to leave the brackets, but we were told by Clark's that the brackets come with about 20 bolts and you use the ones that fit the TV and throw the others away. He said it seldom works out. Pay attention to this advice! We would have had to repurchase several brackets and the new homeowners would have probably thrown the ones we left out. From on the time we called they were there "post haste". The price was more than fair, but their advice was priceless! I just wish I could take them with us on our move to Florida to reinstall our system when we get there. If you are trying to decide.....choose Clark's....you won't be disappointed!

What surprised me the most is that Russ answered my email from Angie's List immediately - on a Sunday afternoon!!! He said he could have a technician here in a couple of hours - and he did. In 1 hour, Jim fixed everything that was wrong with our system (error 775-for those of you who've had this experience with Direc
TV) and even helped us move everything back to the original position.
Jim and Russ are AWESOME!!!!!!!

From the first call to Clarks Mobile, I knew I was talking to a knowledgeable professional! DirecTV Customer Service gave me a totally unsatisfactory answer to the and quot;re-startingand quot; problem I was having. They wanted me to trash my self-owned TIVO upgraded receivers and quot;because the power supply on those units was friedand quot; and they would send 2 new replacement receivers (NOT TIVO). I didn't believe them, and didn't trust DirecTV enough to ask for a service call (they NEVER even suggested coming out to see what the problem really was!). I researched and found Russ Clark/Clarks Mobile on Angie's List. We discussed the situation and he agreed the problem probably was not the power supply. Russ came out later that day and, sure enough, the problem was NOT my receivers. The problem was with the connector between the satellite dish and the cable feed to the house. By the way, this entire system was just installed 7 months ago!
Russ replaced that part with a new upgraded part that also accommodated an antenna...for those times when DirecTV fails to deliver! The cost may have been a bit higher than a DirecTV service call, but I feel DirecTV would not have delivered the correct solution as their phone rep was determined to get me out of my existing receivers!Great service. I'm so happy: problem solved and I still have my great receivers and Tivo. If you need any kind of DirecTV service or home entertainment set up, I highly recommend Russ Clark/Clarks Mobile.

He came out right when he said he would be there, climbed up on the roof and fixed the problem. He has a lot of expierence and knew exactly what to do. He even checked my TV settings and tuned that up as well. Great exp.

I have had Russ install units mentioned in work performed section over a period of 5 years and all work has been done in a professional manner in each case. Each time an appointment has been set up to come out to my home or place of business, he has been very punctual every time. All work has been done in a very timely manner and he always seems to have the necessary parts to finish the job, even though I purchased the original unit elsewhere. I have been very pleased with my association with him and his company.
