Flooring
We have a 1,200 sq ft home. The original estimate was under $5,000 and then I added the living room which is 17x18 to the project. The new cost was not given to me until the very end. The final cost had increased by almost $4,000! I feel Mr. Kelly is dishonest and I definitely don't want anybody else to have to go through what I recently have.
