The apartment tenants were given notice ahead of time to prepare the kitchen cabinets for treatment. I had about half comply and one apartment tenant wouldn't open the door to have any rooms sprayed. The two men from Chief were courteous and didn't force the issue if the renters didn't prepare for spraying, they left the area alone. But, as a landlord, I have to have the apartments serviced for roaches if I see them. The rest of the rooms were sprayed and that should take care of the roaches for awhile. I like supporting a local company that has been in Arlington for a long time and still maintains an office in the downtown area.
The work was done in a timely manner, and the technicians were professional, and the price was reasonable for 16 apartments.

The people that come are very nice and thorough. I had some spider problems and after they came and sprayed I have not had any issues. I have used them for the past 4-5 years and have not had any problems. I am very pleased with them.

I've used Chief Pest Control Inc for over 8 years. Chief Pest Control Inc seem to do a pretty thorough job. If I find any bugs between treatments they will come back and retreat for free. The staff friendliness and professionalism are good.

I have been happy with them and have been using them for about 10 years in October. They're very accommodating, and they've always been really good to respond back when I've called them.

I've used Chief for over 15 years and never had a bad experience with them, but I'm guessing a lot of that has to do with which individual exterminator you get. I've had three. The first guy was wonderful but is now deceased. The second guy has been servicing my home(s) for at least 10 years now. A third came out today due to my normal guy having recent surgery and taking some time off. All three have been great. They show up on time, treat the property quickly, and occasionally throw in a few extra services for free or little charge. If I see bugs between quarterly treatments, they come out and treat again for free.
I've tried organic approaches of my own in the past and I think the roaches actually throw parties and use that and quot;poisonand quot; as the buffet food. I've also tried store bought pesticides and they just don't seem to do the trick. When we first started treating with Chief, it took a few months to finally get rid of all the bugs, but in all the years since we haven't had a bug problem.
Specifically, I have used John and Bill and I recommend both of them, and you can ask for them by name. I can't speak for any of the other gentlemen.
I moved once and the new house is larger and costs a bit more to treat, but Bill cut me a small discount for all the years of customer loyalty, and that will just increase my desire to stick with them.

John arrrived in a timely manner. He was neat in appearance and friendly. After asking me what types of specific issues I was having, he sprayed both inside and outside of the house as well as my shed. He also layed granules around the base of the home. He explained to me exactly what he had done and stated that if I were to have any problems to please call. I have used Chief for several years and have always been pleased with the quality of service I have received. Compared with other providers, they are reasonably priced and do a thourough job. I recommend them highly.

Chief Pest Control is the best I have ever used and they guarantee their work.. Ask for Cliff; he won't disappoint!

The service was pretty awesome! It was not expensive at all. They let you know exactly what you need and when you need it. They work with you basically.

Very professional. Always explain exactly what they are doing. Ask if you have any specific problems (which is rare) and if so give that area special attention. Call by phone to schedule the appointment and are flexible in meeting your needs. Always punctual or will call if there is a problem. Particularly impressed with the cost of services. Very competitive with other pest control companies.

I'm very happy with the service. They come 4 times a year to spray ($54 each time). If you see a bug between their visits, they will come out and spray for free. They are always on-time and very professional.

PRICING AT HIGHER END OF AVERAGE. THEY ARE RELIABLE AND COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE COMING. SERVICEMEN APPEAR KNOWLEDGEABLE.
