I didn’t mean to use her, I just wanted to make sure that I have somebody on board even though I was buying the house from my son and daughter-in-law to handle any of the legal issues and that kind of thing. She walked me through the process. She hooked us up with a home sale company. She was there to help us with that. She didn’t want to accept a fee for but we still gave her a gift. She wasn’t actually doing any selling. She didn’t have to advertise a house and pay in to those fess involved. She works for RE/MAX Pinnacle. She goes to our church and she was recommended by somebody who goes to our church. She was knowledgeable at the process and we needed some advice. She told me upfront she didn’t wanna charge me anything for it.
