I've had problems with leaking cartridges more than once

They are the cheapest in town. The product is good. I will be using them again.

The Store manager - Jessica Talay - not only refused, but was rude and confrontational. She implied that I had brought an old and used cartridge in lieu of the one they sold me. This is in spite of the fact that I had been purchasing cartridges from this store for the last four years and they had given me coupons for being a loyal longstanding customer. Of course that was when they had different Managers. This manager not only refused to either refund me the purchase price or give a replacement, but insisted on retaining the defective cartridge. She also refused to give me her supervisor's name and point of contact to file a complaint. I have written to the headoffice at 6460 Hollis Street, Emeryville, CA 94608 USA.
