They did some things that we didn't want done and then they wouldn't go back and fix them.

Carpet had to be installed twice due to not ordering enough to install properly
Had solid hardwood floors originally and they installed an inferior engineered wood instead of a solid hardwood I ordered
Didn't order enough wood
Scratched walls and messed up furniture
Had to change out about 10 boards from the very beginning
Very sloppy craftsmanship
Made a huge mess in my house
Took almost 2 months to complete a job that should have take 8-10 days at the most
Then tried to blame the damage on me

They were timely with regard to the duration of the job. Took them about a week to complete. They were courteous and cleaned up well when they were done.

Dealing with Carpet One-Arlington was a great experience for our us. My husband and I dropped in after looking for carpet at several places in Ft. Worth, including the big box stores. Salesman Tim Baxter was very helpful in explaining the different types of carpeting available and what would work for our needs. The store has a great selection and we were able to find a carpet we loved. Took home several samples at no charge to see how they would look. After choosing our carpet, the store sent out a representative to measure the area to be carpeted. He was on time and very thorough and quick. We returned to the store to sign the contract and see the floor plan and measurements of what we would be ordering. Measurements were great, with very little waste or extra carpet that we would need to pay for. Since we chose berber carpet, we were concerned about seams, but the store made sure that seams were going to be placed in low traffic or inconspicuous locations in the rooms. We ordered the carpet, which Tim immediately told us was on backorder, so we knew what to expect. (This was good for me, since I needed time to empty out the closets and remove breakables from the rooms that were to be carpeted.) The carpet came in a little sooner than expected, but Carpet One called and set an install date that was convenient for us. We were told that the carpet installation would take a couple of days, but the installers were able to finish in one day and did a fantastic job. Did a very good job of cleaning up throughout the house. The day they installed it was raining, so they had to cut carpet in our garage. Some of the things I had stored there from the closets, etc. were not moved by the installers with much care (just kind of thrown in piles), but luckily nothing was harmed. That would be my only complaint, because they were very careful replacing the furniture, electronics, etc. throughout the house. The carpet looks great and we would definitely use Carpet One-Arlington again.

They did a very good job. I had no problem with them. They were pretty easy to work with. I had one little, tiny problem and when I pointed it out, they fixed it right away with no questions.

Our salesman, Harold Scherer, was absolutely first-rate and I would recommend him to anyone. He helped us find the perfect carpet and worked with us to find the best price. The carpet we selected was patterned, and the initial installation crew did not line the seam up correctly. Several appointments with various members of the installation department were required, which was a significant inconvenience. In their favor, they arrived on time for all of these appointments. Eventually, they stepped up to the plate and ordered new carpet to replace the mismatched piece and did not attempt to charge us for the additional (expensive) carpet. It now looks exactly as it should, and I'm confident that if we had ordered a non-patterned carpet our overall experience would have been an A.

We had excellent experience with them. The installation crew was sub contracted. The help that we had from the lady who was there was a good experience. We were very happy with our floor and the crew that came out. In terms of price, we definitely would not have got what we got from anywhere else. In terms of punctuality, they were definitely on time. Sometimes they were little earlier but not late. We would surely use their services in the future again. We had actually recommended a few friends too already.

I don't remember how much they charged me for the service. They were very good. We were very pleased with them. They were prompt. Their installers were very good.

They were very anxious to help. Everything I asked for they did, they gave me samples to bring home with me and I still have them after all this time so yes I think they are very nice.

They are so good! They are excellent people. They weren't any surprises with them. They did a phenomenal job. They came in and told me what it was going to cost before hand.

The work was good had no problems at all.

I got very excellent service from this company. They came as agreed, in a timely fashion and got the work done quickly and efficiently. One thing, I really liked about them, was that if I was dissatisfied in anyway, they would come back and redo it, if it was within 90 days. That is an impressive offer.

THE INSTALLERS WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE STORE SALES PEOPLE WERE ALSO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY TOLD US EVERYTHING THAT WE NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT THE JOB THAT WAS AT HAND.

THE INITIAL INSTALLATION WENT WELL, BUT A FEW MONTHS LATER THE SEAMS WERE SEPARATING AND ONE SEAM WAS DONE INCORRECTLY. THEY CAME BACK AND DID REPAIRS, BUT NOW THE CARPET IS IN NEED OF STRETCHING AND THE SEAMS ARE NOT LOOKING GOOD.
