Bryan Service Champion were just awesome. Very responsive to my needs. Provided upfront pricing according to the issue. Fixed everything I needed and some. This is my go to company.

Spoke with scheduling representative (lynn) who scheduled the appointment- I was very clear about only wanting to get someone out to diagnose our heat pump issue & QUOTE us for the repair- we are not in a financial position to give someone the go ahead on a repair without knowing how much it is going to cost- she reassured me that she would waive the fees associated with sending a tech out- tech arrived & was shown where everything was details of the problem left to do his inspection? when he came back to speak with us- he told me that he fixed the problem ( a simple wiring issue) had a bill prepared for $329 $75.00 service call. When I told him that he was just suppose to identify the problem quote us- he told me he could put the wires back how they were but that I would have to pay the $75.00 fee? which I then I talked down to $25.. I did not want him to un-do what he had done to fix the issue ; the price was not unreasonable so I paid the bill & our heating issues are fixed- but the whole situation regarding payment repairs without conducting an estimate & sign off on price prior to completion was really an uncomfortable conversation?.

Got the job done and gave us options. Thoroughly explained the situation.

The technician that came to my home was a very nice and humble man. I really appreciated the information he shared with me throughout the service. He was even fairly priced and wasn't trying to take advantage of me. In today's time, a lot of companies choose to price gouge, but Bryan Service Champions focuses on building long term relationships with their clients. Tech was open to my feedback as to how pricing is shared and was able to resolve issue immediately. I definitely and highly recommend Bryan Service Champions. They have over 25 years experience in A/C Heating and also licensed/certified. Just an overall nice guy and the experience was great!

I always try to read my reviews, on any jobs I need done first is the quality of there work and second of course a price that I can afford, I found that with Dave and his company! He communicates everything he does and offers options that I can choose from that I can afford and works for me and my familyð   I am so happy I now have, someone I can trust when it comes to my furnace and air conditioning etc. Daveâ  s is now my go to! Iâ  m so grateful to have found his business.
