In a word great. Quality work; they were there when they said they would be; and they cleaned up after themselves; at the agreed upon price. The finished porch cover was larger at no extra cost due to minimum length of lumber purchased. Care was taken to work around the rain and cover any openings in the roof; Technicians expressed concern and took appropriate measures. The cement pad was nicely sloped and graded, grass trim was installed around the edges. Brick columns installed. Gutters installed. Sprinklers were adjusted. Requested trim fix completed on the door due to weathering over the years. We wanted the new porch cover to look as if it was original to the 10 year old house, and it does.

What a great experience! This company and all of their employees with whom I had contact are awesome! I live in a condominium which requires HOA board approval before making any changes; the approval process took some time. However, Bobby never waivered in his support, follow through and follow up. He was very polite, professional, extremely helpful, patient with me and the process, he was agreeable to attending a board meeting and he answered all of my questions. The installation crew and others involved were all professional, respectful, polite and extremely good at what they do. I am so thankful I chose Brennan as my window replacement company. I highly recommend this company. They are a five star outstanding company!

Update on previous review The Provia door (sold by Brennan) has a metal veneer over the outside door frame ("jam"). It has not proven to be very durable and has become detached. Provia doesn't pay for labor to fix the problem so I want to make others aware of this quality issue. So while Brennan did an acceptable job, the door quality is marginal.

Excellent......Brennan was awesome. After they did my windows and door, I called them back to do roofing.......if you read their reviews, they are one of the best. I will be a customer for life. Both window installation and roofing was pristine....clean up and the care taken both during and after the work. The roofing was much more complicated due to having a zero lot line home and care that had to be taken with the neighbors to keep debris off their property. Super super super work.

The Sales Rep was very professional and patient, explaining all of our options. It was nice not having to hand over ANY money until after the job was done. On the day of the install, the Installer called me when he was on his way (prompt and early for his appointment). His Team arrived at the house, did an excellent and efficient job! Cleanup was great - just like they hadn’t been there. The windows we had installed are great and we’re already noticing the advantage of them over our old ones! We would highly recommend Brennan and certainly have them back for any project we have in the future!

Went perfectly and the windows are excellent quality, installers were professional, and they did a great job of caulking and cleaning up. When I had trouble closing one window (my fault) the owner drove all the way from Arlington to show me how to close it properly.

The workers arrived on time and cleaned up every evening before they left. The price quoted was what we paid. Products used were well made. Especially love our new doors we bought. They are made by the Amish and they are sturdy and well built. We had a few issues at the end of the job but someone came over and took care of it right away.
