WARNING -DO NOT USE THIS GUY (Thomas). I have a large house in a nice area and got his name off of Angies List. It's pretty obvious he doesn't work in upscale areas and will try to rip you off if he gets the chance. He quoted me $300, which was supposed to be for him and a helper, but only he showed up. The house is a 2 story white stucco and all he wanted to do is take a blower on the roof and blow everything out -- with dirty wet leaves sticking to and staining the house. When I insisted that he do it by hand with bags (the correct and professional way), he clearly became irritated. He also doesn't use a ladder like professionals, but instead works from the roof edge, which is faster but quite dangerous. I also had to insist he check and clean the downspouts with a hose (which he claimed were clean when they obviously were not, and which he then wanted to clean with the blower, which does nothing for wet clogged leaves--when I finally got out the hose they unclogged). He was very agitated the entire time and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He then tried to overcharge me $380 and, when I objected based on the prior promised price, he seemed to snap. He cursed me and I quickly shut my security gate, and he then loudly taunted me to "come out in the street." He appears to have a huge resentment of people who live in "nicer" neighborhoods. Very scary guy once he snaps. He then texted me multiple curses and threats such as "f.. off b...tch"; and "let me know when you want to meet up honey" (---and FYI...I'm a married man!!); along with numerous personal insults directed at me and my family not fit to print. There is something seriously wrong with this guy and I'd warn everyone to STAY AWAY. Maybe he forgot to take his medication that day, but I would NEVER let this unstable kook near my house or family again. I'd urge anyone crazy enough to use him to first seriously check him for a criminal history, and I was so concerned that I immediately reported the incident to our local off-duty Dallas Police security patrolman (and Thomas was warned never to return). This was a completely unpleasant and disturbing experience with a person I would describe as incompetent, dishonest AND MOST IMPORTANTLY -- DANGEROUS. This report also creates a clear record should he ever try to retaliate as he threatened, and our security patrol is on alert for him.

He did exactly what he said he was going to do and did a great job.  he made suggestions that made my getters preform better.

He did a good job, was prompt and reasonable.

First, I was able to contact them and make an appointment in one day (some other companies I called did not even call back!).

Thomas came to the house on time and went straight to work. I knew the gutters were bad since they had not been cleaned in over 3-years. Thomas finished in about 2 hours. What I liked the best was the way he made sure all areas were cleaned up after he finished. I know a lot of "junk" came out of gutters so not to see it on my patio, lawn or driveway was great!

I will use Breeze Gutter Cleaning in the future!

I'm very satisfied with his work. He had one guy that came with him.  He services many people in this neighborhood.

I was pleased with them.  It took them a couple of hours, about two to 3 hours. It was only one guy. The price was actually the best. I looked at several on Angie's List. It was pretty similar.  The quality seemed to be good.

Thomas and partner arrived on schedule, worked quickly, and cleaned up neatly and completely. They checked the gutters for damage and the downspouts to make sure they flowed freely. If you are seniors as we are and need your roof and gutters cleaned and working properly, I heartily recommend calling Breeze to do it.

It was great! As a matter of fact, I signed up for an annual contract and he comes every three months. He's dependable and he did what he said he was going to do.

We are seniors and are unable to climb on the roof to maintain our gutters. Breeze does an excellent job. Arrives promptly and leaves area clean.Very happy.
