Seeing how the first A/C person I called got there, too one look at the building and said "your crazy, no way" and left on me without doing anything. I was very thankful that Booth showed up with a 40ft ladder and would climb on the roof and inspect the units for me. I only had the 10 day option period and there was July 4th holiday to deal with, so with the first company bailing on me I called Booth at the last minute. Its busy season for A/C companies now but they came last minute and helped me out.
