Finally a real estate agent that was attentive. Samantha Fuller understood what I was looking for and gave no guilt trip when looking at a home and I would just say "no" this is not it. She was on top of what I was looking for, she knew houses that are "just right" sell in a day or two so she stayed on top of it for me. She would drive by homes, look at homes, time how far from the house to the nearest highway for me to help me decide on a home and not waste my time....lets say she did the leg work for me! I bought a house and it's because the got me in to see the house the very day it went on the market. She helped me think through my offer and rethink my offer before submitting it. I'm grateful for her guidance, education, and looking out for what is really best for me. There are hundreds of realtor to pick from. so don't just settle for one. Try Samantha, if you don't like her, if it doesn't work, then move on to someone else. But I can assure you that you will be happy with her diligence to find you just the right house to purchase.
