I am satisfied over all. We were pleased with the work and clean up by the workman that came. We had to put the work off for a month because of a roof job I was waiting. I did not get any other quotes. When I wanted them to start they said they wanted fifty percent down. This was not told to me when I received the quote. I called corporate and worked it out to a thirty percent down payment. The work got done and the final payment was made. We were very happy with the work and quality.

I called 3 auto glass companies to price a windshield replacement.  One was a national company that advertises on tv..  They quoted me a price for replacing the windshield then said, disposal would be added as well as mobile service would also be added if I requested that.  Another company said that the person fixing it could use the old seal on our car now, or if we go with a new seal it would be extra.  I've used Binswanger before for other glass needs and when I called them, they said they could do it and gave me a bottom line price for everything.  And that is why I chose them.

I made the mistake of using a chip repair company not listed on Angie's. They arrived 1 hour late to do the repair at my home and did very shoddy work. The chip was not sealed. I took the car to Binswanger. They said they could fix it and did. I called the other company back and told them I would prefer not paying. They agreed. Lesson learned? Stick with Angie's List.

They broke the window the brought to replace my broken window. Those things happen. They said they had to order another one but I never heard back from them. Weeks went by. I finally called them they said that my window was there and had been for ahwile. I asked why they hadn't called to let me know but they had no excuse; I'd just been ignored. My broken window was just being held together with the tape they put on the window and I was bothered they hadn't advised me about my new one. I in the mean time went with another company. After I called them and found out they had a new window for me (but had not advised me) then they wanted me to pay for it. I'd already gone with another company after being ignored for so many weeks. They left a message that they were having problems dealing with my insurance company but I hadn't filed with my insurance for the window. Their way of doing business was unacceptable.

Came to the house to do the installation. Arrived within the expected time window. Worked quickly. Transferred the "license stickers" without problem. It's been over three months since the installation and there have been no problems with the new windshield (rain or shine). Note: auto insurance paid for all but the deductible.

Dana gave me an 8:30am appointment. When nobody had shown up at 8:45am, I called and he said he was "just going to call me because his serviceman didn't show up". I don't believe it for a minute. If he was going to call me, it should have been before 8:30 because he surely knew his guy wasn't coming before then.

VERY POLITE AND CLEANED UP THE MESS WHEN FINISHED.

THEY ARE A GOOD SERVICE. THEY ALWAYS COME RIGHT AWAY WHEN NEEDED.
