"Hey [member name removed], I'm so sorry I could not help you with the SEO but your other designer was not forthcoming on where she got her template for your site; she claims it was one she created but it is not a custom site, it’s a template. SEO was very difficult to apply to it because I needed to understand the workings of that template and since I was not given where she got the template, I could not apply the SEO correctly. Oh...I never charged you for the SEO work, just an FYI. I only charged you for the 2 months of maintenance help totaling $50 a month; I am not sure where you got the $200.
