Best Choice Tree Care LLC

Not only is Best Choice reasonable, but their serves are exceptional. We have used Best Choice before and have been very pleased with their service. We had large Red Oak tree in our yard which had several large branches breakoff after the latest storms in the area. The response time was quick, they listened to our requests as well as walk us through the process, and once they were done, the area was completely cleaned up. No debris anywhere. I would defiantly recommend them to my family and friends.

Earlier in 2021 they did great work on a large job- removed two large trees, ground stumps, cleaned up numerous other trees. They were very careful to ensure trimmed branches did not damage my deck or Japanese maple. Thorough cleanup. In Dec 2021 I tried numerous times to get an estimate for more tree work. Juan never did show up. I went with another company who will get my business next time.

Wasted almost a month waiting for this company to do a job. When I first contacted Best Choice, I was told they were scheduling about two weeks out. I was told I was placed on the schedule and I would receive a call three to four days before they would come out to confirm. After 16 days I had not received a call so I called back. I was told that they would be out the next Wednesday or Thursday. Wednesday and Thursday both came and went and still no one showed up or even called. I called several more times after that, and never even received the courtesy of a returned call. My felling is that they did not want to honor their Angie's list coupon because when I called after the 16 days he asked my name and address again and said "oh yeah you called about the Angie's list coupon". If they weren't interested in doing the job they should have told me instead of wasting a nearly month of my time. I ended up calling another company with an Angie's list deal and they were out the next day to look at the job. Two days later the job was completely finished.

Called Best Choice Tree Care in the morning when discovered dead tree leaning toward our fence with neighbor's car parked on the other side. Came same afternoon and agreed that the tree was imminent danger of falling. Called his crew and had 3 guys out within a short time to cut not only the leaning tree but 3 other dead trees and trim some others that were hanging over roofs. The crew had all dead trees removed and others trimmed within 2 hours, plus the entire mess was removed from the yard. Will hire this company again to trim some additional trees in the near future. The price was very reasonable, the men were respectful and super efficient.

Part of a tree in my front yard fell but they were prompt about coming out to look at it and moved it off the sidewalk and out of the way. After 811 marked everything they came out the next day and had it GONE and cleaned up in just hours. To top it off, I had some azaleas around the tree but have a foot injury so could not dig them up to save.... they were kind enough to not only dig them up but planted them in a close by flower bed. THANK YOU for your hard work!!

Juan and his team did a great job trimming our trees and they look great. The team trimmed the trees exactly the way we asked and then cleaned up everything before they left. We would definitely use Best Choice Tree Care again.

Juan and his crew did a great job for a price lower than the competitors. They took only an hour and a half to trim the two smaller Chinese Pistache trees and the bushes in the front and the large pecan tree in the back. They did a great clean up job afterwards. I definitely plan to use them in the future. I highly recommend them!

If there were a rating of more than A, this company would deserve it. Juan and his crew were on time, professional, personable, competent, and efficient. Every piece of equipment was brought to the site. The clean up was super including the blowing of tree dust from the sidewalk and open porch. My husband and I were amazed at how each member of the crew knew what to do, when to do, and how to do the task needed without uttering a word to each other. Most impressive was seeing Juan work along side the crew instead of just giving instructions. There was no wasting of time nor needless conversation. We were told that the job would take 3 hours - no way. It was completed in an hour and a half. We had a huge pecan tree trimmed and a sycamore tree cut down with the stump removed. Juan was even accommodating when I asked him to add removal of branches from several trees in the backyard. If you need tree service, this is the company to choose.

Used the Angie's List service to get 3 quotes- Nobody from this company contacted me. One company promptly did.... I waited a few days.... and retained them. I didn't give Best Choice F's on everything - perhaps there was a legitimate reason. But they lost the opportunity for an easy job.

They did a great job with trimming 4 large 40 year old trees. They were able to schedule us quickly due to a violation notice issued by the city, and showed us where the prior service improperly trimmed branches, causing the violation notice to be issued less than a year after having the tree trimmed. They worked efficiently and left no mess.

The work was completed one day after the scheduled date due to rain. I am very pleased with the work and will use again. Easy and quick free estimate. Price came in line with 2 other quotes that I received and work completed in about a week.
