Wonderful. The box spring was too high with the mattress for the bed. Their delivery man returned right back to the store and brought us a 4" box spring and fixed the problem on the spot. That's the best service I've ever seen. We bought The Bedroom Shop's own mattress, and the quality is outstanding. It's so comfortable! I highly recommend The Bedroom Shop to all.

The customer service was superb, they were very attentive. Upon learning my price range, size mattress and firmness preferences the gentlemen guided me to the products that fit my request. He offered additional information on the differences of the mattresses and what will usually work.
I purchased the set on a Monday but was issued a discount because of an upcoming sale on Wed. How often do you get those perks? Not only did I purchase new mattresses at reasonable prices but I was able to drive about 20 feet and have them loaded into my vehicle directly from the factory. Although delivery is available I chose to drive them home myself. The staff even helped me load 2 twin size mattresses into the back of my small suv and strap them down.

I had been looking for a company that sells double bed extra long mattresses for quite some time and was delighted to find the Bedroom Shop on the internet. The double bed extra long mattress is not common and needs to be custom made. Most companies I called charge close to $1000. This company's factory is in Arlinton but they have a shop in the Richardson/Garland area that I was able to go to with my husband to pick out the mattress style we wanted. They made the matress in about 2 weeks and shipped it to the store close to me so that I could pick it up. We have had the mattress for about 7 months and have been very happy with it.

We bought this mattress to be used in a guest bedroom. We ended up sleeping in that bedroom for a few months while master bedroom was being remodeled. My husband and I were surprised at what a very good mattress this is. In fact, we both much prefer it to the mattress we bought (and paid over twice as much for) at the well-advertised specialty store. The salesman was very knowledgeable about mattresses and the store offers next-day delivery. This factory is in Arlington and they can even custom-build you a mattress if you want.
