Banz Service

A/C unit #1 had blown an internal fuse, and he said I needed a new thermostat. Did not look for cause of blown fuse and unit quit again on 7/14. (it had a wiring short at the condenser, as I discovered for myself, and repaired myself)
A/C unit #2 had zero freon, after cooling perfectly the day before, and the compressor would not start. He installed a "hard start" kit, and charged with freon. He did not look for the reason the freon had leaked out suddenly, and it lost all freon again in one day (4#s @ $60 per #). Came back, said both coil and compressor were out. I showed him my warranty and he called the local supplier of the brand. No coil available for 2 months. I called the supplier and they found one and had it shipped to me. I had to pay for it, and wait for return of the old parts for credit. 
I asked Mr. Banz to keep me up to speed about when it would arrive. He never called me back and I must have tried to get in touch a dozen times and never got any real response. 10 days later the coil showed up and I just accidentally was home or would still be looking for it. I called Banz, he said he would be over. I called him 3 or 4 more times over the next several days after he didn't show and he finally answered and said something came up. The last time I called he promised to be here "first thing" the next morning. That was 6 days ago. I called another service company and both units are up and running, 30 days later on the warranty work, which could have been completed by Banz in under 10 days. Still haven't heard from Banz.
