I called several places and decided on this one-which was the furthest- due to the helpful nature over the phone. The pricing was competitive and I appreciated the follow up after the pricing changed a bit when they were able to research my vehicle.

I called and spoke to Trish.  She was very nice to speak too.  Trish gave me a quote which was $100 lower than Safelite quoted me.  I made an appt.  I took truck  in to replace windshield.  I went for breakfast and when I came back the truck was ready.
The service was GREAT!!!  I would highly recommend this place!

Called around 10:30am this morning for quote and appointment. Delivered the car around 11:20am for a noon appointment. Went to lunch and when I returned 40 minutes later the car was ready. I am very particular about my vehicle and needed to get my windshield replaced ASAP.  I own a 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser that is in pristine condition, with a lift kit and special off road package.  I was a little nervous having the windshield replaced since the windshields on FJ Cruisers are very difficult to replace- very labor intensive.  And if you get the wrong folks doing the job, they can really do some damage to the hood and dash.

I found Auto Glass Connection on the internet because of the stellar reviews this company received- and the reviews were right on based on my experience.  When I went in, they start on my vehicle right away.  Pablo came out and made a note of any scratch before taking it in- which I think this GREAT!  The work took almost 2 hours ? they took their time and did it RIGHT!  My FJ Crusier came out with no scratches or dings and the windshield looked perfect.

In addition to the great service and conscientious workers, the price was outstanding!

I would recommend anyone who cares about their vehicle that wants the job done right at a great price to come here to get their auto glass replaced!

This company was recommended by my car insurance company, and rated well in Angie's List.
I was surprised at the detailed questions that she asked when I called to get a price estimate. Apparently there are several choices regarding the glass manufacturer and quality. She helped me decide what was right for me. I took my car to them on Division in Arlington, rather than pay extra to have them come to me, as it was not inconvenient for me. 
One small hiccup - it took quite a bit longer than expected. It was some unusual circumstance. However, they are just near the catfish place so I had a nice lunch. They apologized profusely.

Great. Fast and Friendly service . Will use them again if the need arises. They are open 1/2 day on Saturdays. Would recommend them to anyway. Well worth the drive from where I live.

They were fast, efficient, reasonable and did a great job! There was a very small issue I found out about later but it wasn't really their fault. I was happy with their service and would certainly use them again!

It was a simple of matter of calling the company and getting an appointment and they gave me a quote on the phone.  I went into the shop and they were able to get my vehicle done quickly and professionally.  The technician took the time to personally give me instructions to insure the seal on the windshield.  Very personal and friendly service.

After calling them, I found out the price of the windshield, scheduled an appointment. I was greeted with a smile and told exactly what to expect. The price was exactly what was quoted on the phone.

I called Auto Glass Connection first thing in the morning.  The lady who answered quoted me a price to fix my shattered driver's door window after a break-in and told me I could bring the car in that morning.  When I asked if they could come to the house to fix it, she said sure, she had a no show and they had someone available that could come within an hour.  Pablo and Juan arrive and quickly fixed the window, vacuumed up all the shattered glass in the car and around it.  They had it done in 45 minutes.  Both men were very courteous.  I would recommend this company to anyone who needed auto glass work done.
