"We have 117 Home Advisor reviews and 89 of those reviews are 5 star reviews. We have more Home Advisor 5 star reviews than most or our competitors have total reviews. We really go out of our way to make sure that our customers get the absolute best experience that we can give. We are saddened by this 1 star review for not leaving left over stain. We reached out to this customer after he submitted his review and found out that he had asked our technician to leave the leftover stain and our technician told him that he could not. On all special order stain jobs we take the leftover stain and store it so that if the project needs to be touched up during the warranty period we will have the exact same stain that was used originally. In the past we've had special order stain projects where we've left the touch up stain with customers and when a touch up was needed the touch up stain that we left was damaged due to improper storage or lost and unable to be found by the customer. We believe in freedom of speech and the ability to voice dissatisfaction when customers have a legitimate complaint but a 1 star review because we store the touch up stain vs leaving it behind... We think is a little unreasonable and unfair!"
