ARTISAN OUTDOOR LIGHTING

The installation of the lights went great. He installed a total of 6 uplights and 2 moonlights in a tree in my backyard. They are beautiful and accentuate my home very well. The only negative is that the lights are copper. Copper is beautiful and shiny when its new. Once the lights were rained on they tarnished quickly from the raindrops. The lights are only about 2 months old but they look older because of the uneven wear. I would like to have known to expect that in advance. I still give him 4 stars because of his expertise and professionalism.

I met David at a Lawn and Garden show in early March. I actually met with two providers at the show and they both came out. I initially, thought I would use the other company as I thought a larger company might be better. Once David came (he was the second of the two to visit my house) his personal touch and no BS approach was much appreciated. He suggested that he come at dusk so that we could see the effect of what he would ultimately deliver (the other provider wanted to work during normal business hours or weekend during the day). I appreciated David's thought process as I am very visual and it put me at ease knowing what I was actually buying. David also uses sturdier transformer and his lights were of top quality. My back yard looks like the 4 Season's now!! I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

We had previously used David (owner) to install professional outdoor lighting and illuminate the front of our two story house about 4-5 years ago. We were very satisfied with the effect and durability of the product. We decided to illuminate other sections: add to the front, install lights on the side of the house and illuminate the backyard. David visited (on time), inspected the property and provided an estimate.  We agreed to a price and an installation date. David arrived on-time, completed the installation over the course of 4-5 hours and cleaned up. The final prices was as-agreed. There were no surprises.

Found David at the Fort Worth Home Show and made an appointment.

So we could see exactly what the end result would be, he came to the house after dark and set-up all the lighting. Everything was on-time and the installation looks great. The lighting exceeds our expectations and the quality of the installed fixtures is well above what was expected. These are not your home store landscape lights, this is high quality copper and brass.

We found him at a home show. My experience with them was good. He was there on time. He sought our business out. I interviewed three companies. Two companies just didn’t want to be bothered with us. They made it very clear. For this, I came out. He set up a test demo for us and went through everything. He really wanted our business. He was professional at what he did, and I appreciate that. He was dependable and didn’t mind the smaller jobs. Ours was a pretty smaller job because the other two people were not interested. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

David diagnosed the problem very quickly and repaired everything without delay.  He explained everything that he was going to do.  All of my lights are now working properly and I am very pleased.  I highly recommend this company.

This was a good company to work with. We set up appointment with the Artisan Outdoor Lighting's owner while at a Fort Worth home show. We had no previous experience with this firm other than receiving postcard advertisements. The firm's owner came to our house. He was prompt and polite. He set up a demonstration set of lights. We discussed all the options and had our questions answered. We signed a contract, gave $500 deposit and set an installation appointment date. The owner returned as promised and set up all the equipment. The job took 6 hours or more. The gentleman worked very hard without a lunch break. The installation included the hard wire installation of a transformer, tunneling under a concrete path and tunneling across my yard. In all, there were about 10 halogen lights installed. The work was completed as promised and the site was very clean when finished. The lights are on a timer and run from sundown until midnight. The timing is adjustable. The lights work great. We should have done this years ago.

HE DID A GREAT JOB AND GAVE A 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON ALL THE BULBS.
