As stated, I wanted to replace a broken cord on a vintage Kitchenaid Mixer with a new 3-prong safety cord, and these folks said they could do it for me. I furnished my own $20 cord because all of theirs were way too long. I initially thought they had done a good job and was pleased with the service. However, my machine recently started making a grinding noise and I had to take it apart. To my surprise, I discovered that they had cut and spliced the new cord to the old cord, and I didn't have a safety cord AT ALL. They simply cut and didn't use the grounding wire but let me believe it had been done properly. Very unprofessional.
