Description of Work: I was looking for some vacuum bags so I came to Arlington vacuum and I ended up choosing the wrong bag for my machine. The proprietor I spoke with was very helpful. He asked me questions about my machine and told me that I actually had the wrong one and helped me find the right one. He is very knowledgeable, he knows everything about vacuums. He was very courteous, thorough, and took the time to explain everything and ended up saving me money.

Description of Work: Great place! I have used them for years, to have my vacuum serviced. They do great work! Recently I need new parts. Dennis helped me, to make sure I ordered the right stuff. Once they came in, he had me up & running, in no time!

 + -1 moreAs stated, I wanted to replace a broken cord on a vintage Kitchenaid Mixer with a new 3-prong safety cord, and these folks said they could do it for me. I furnished my own $20 cord because all of theirs were way too long. I initially thought they had done a good job and was pleased with the service. However, my machine recently started making a grinding noise and I had to take it apart. To my surprise, I discovered that they had cut and spliced the new cord to the old cord, and I didn't have a safety cord AT ALL. They simply cut and didn't use the grounding wire but let me believe it had been done properly. Very unprofessional.
