About us
Hello, I'm David Cortez and I have over 25 years experience in the pool business. We have been in business for over 20 years. We are a member of the National Spa & Pool Institute and are CPO Certified. We handle residential and commercial accounts. We are located in Arlington, home of the Texas Rangers and the Dallas Cowboys. I started my career in Pools & Spas over 25 years ago as a Swim-n-Spa fabricator. I gained a lot of experience working for other pool companies, in the area and later decided to go it alone and have been doing so for over 20 years now. I love working with people and love what I do.

Services we offer
We offer one time cleans, acid washes, billed monthly. Payment is due on the 15th of every month and a late fee of $25 incurred thereafter. Retaining walls, drain and rebalance of pool. Weekly maintenance in the summer and bi-weekly in the winter, fences (installation and staining) and gates. Concrete or wood decks (pouring; re-pouring, repair and maintenance). Sprinkler installation and repair.
