Dr. Jim Hester and especially his staff are the most loving and professional and honest people. They make you and your pets part of the family. I have been taking my pets there since I was a kid and now my kids do to. Those people have seen me through many pets in my lifetime so far and they still remember every one of them. They would never do anything to any animal that they would not do to themselves. And in the event that one of your cherished pets passes away they are so supportive and they help you through it. They also never forget to send a sympathy card in which all of them write a personal note. Their prices are very reasonable and they really care!

Anything that we have come in for has been an awesome experience .... The staff is amazing and friendly and you can tell they love the animals with all their hearts .....

My cat was acting strange kept going to the kitty litter box every 5 minutes, something she never does. She rarely uses her litter box and prefers going outside. I called her regular vet that morning, but they were not able to see her so I looked for a vet in the area and called 2 other places who also could not see her that day. I finally called North Arlington Animal Clinic and they were able to offer me two different times my cat could be seen that day. My husband and I took her in and she was very nervous, but calmed down after a while. The vet was patient, understood that we were panicky, and helped to explain how to help our cat. He asked if we knew how to administer medication and offered alternatives, shots versus liquid. A tech showed us exactly how to do the liquid antibiotics until we felt comfortable. The vet also recommended that we feed her specific food while she healed and offered different options for food we could buy versus just buying from them. The receptionist was also very friendly and offered 2 different types of food for our cat to taste to see which she preferred. A few days later, the receptionist called and asked how my cat was doing. All in all, this was a great experience for both my cat and us. We have found a new vet!

This facility is very well maintained. The place is always clean and the front desk staff are always willing to go out of their way to help you. I feel the prices are average, considering the others in the area and I would recommend this group to anyone looking for good animal care.
