My husband and I have purchased pallets of St. Augustine from Arlington Grass Company on 3 separate occasions - for 2 different houses.
The first time they loaded the grass in the back of our pickup and we installed it in the front yard of our first house without any issues.
The second and third time we used Arlington Grass they delivered the grass to our house on pallets dropped off in our driveway - where we requested. They were prompt and very friendly and helpful.
The grass took very well and is well established now.
We will be using Arlington Grass again to re-sod areas that have been trampled by workmen while installing sprinklers, a patio, painting the house, etc.
I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.
In my opinion, the grass is very good quality. We always make sure that we soak the area where we will be laying the new sod. By soak, I mean make it soupy. We were sloshing back and forth in mud by the time we were finished. The sod seemed to love it. We didn't have to replace one square.
The price I quoted of $270 was the approximate cost of the last delivery of 2 pallets. I can't remember what we paid for the other deliveries but it was less than $270.

We called to complain & they seemed very upset that we had been delivered the wrong dirt. So they came , picked up bad soil, & redelivered new soil ! Problem now is the new soil is about 50% sticks ! BAD TOP SOIL AT ARLINGTON GRASS !
