We pride ourselves on personal customer service and quality workmanship. Our level of commitment to excellence provides the consumer with the best trained, most qualified company available. We would not expect less and do not believe you should either. Renovation Process: Our approach to each pool remodeling project is to provide timely communication with the property owner about the sequence of construction, plan ahead for minimal pool "down time", install the finest quality materials by highly skilled pool artisans, and keep the job site safe and clean. We service and install all equipment including filters, Salt Water Chlorinators, pumps, heaters, automatic controllers and pool cleaners.

He did a very good job and cleaned up problems left by previous techs. He performed all of the work at the agreed to price although additional parts were needed. He even had to travel back to a parts supplier twice to complete the work. I would definitely trust him with my next pool related needs.

It was right when all the rain happened when our pool pump motor started smoking, tripped the breakers and stopped working
all together. I talked to Rex on the phone on Friday. He was very nice and told me he would come to the house on Monday. I told him the sooner the better so our pool would not turn green. On Sunday he asked if he could come by. Yeah, a day early! We asked him to bring the pump with him and install it. Rex is an excellent technician. When the pump was installed there was an issue with the GFCI. He pulled it apart and saw some exposed wires that were touching each other. He fixed that too and spent some extra time on it without charging us extra for it! Rex is a wonderful, honest man, who makes sure your pool is running properly. I will definitely use his services again!

He came out on short notice. He was able to fit me in on such short notice. He back washed the pool like I asked him to. I will use him in the future. His name was rex and he was very friendly, prompt, courteous. and professional.

I was contacted shortly after sending a message through Angie's List.
We agreed that he could show up on Monday, but he was able to come earlier so he came on Saturday.
He realized very quickly what the problem was (The pump was clogged) and he proceeded to fix it. He noticed that the hose to the pool vacuum cleaner was too long, and he fixed it too.
I was glad that there was no need to replace anything and pleased that the contractor didn't want to sell me any replacement parts.

We were having a problem with our chlorinator , which we attempted to solve on our own, but the cap was jammed, and we ended up breaking a valve while trying to unscrew it.--- This meant we would not have been able to run the pool pump until the problem was fixed. Since it was a Saturday morning, and we were also having algae problems, we didn't want to wait through the weekend, so I was on the lookout for someone with 24 hour emergency services. Left a voicemail that was returned within the hour; Technician was out in the early afternoon, and solved the problem for us.
I really appreciate the prompt and friendly service. I imagine the repair might have been less expensive, were it during regular work hours, but the cost did seem fair in view of the timing of the emergency. The Chlorinator works great, and we haven't had a problem with it since installation.

I called initially and spoke with Rex. He is extremely friendly and honest. Rex told me he would not be able to get to me for about 1 1 1/2 weeks. Sure enough 10 days later Rex called, said he was in the area and he could stop by to look at my spa.
Rex gave me an estimate, I agreed to the price and he said he would return on Monday June 16th to fix the problem.
Rex just left my home. He stayed until the spa was full to ensure there were no leaks.
I can't wait to tell my friends there are still honest people in the pool repair business.

Rex came out to assess the situation and ran several tests to find leak. He tried hard to find the leak and fix it at the least expense.
He suspected it might be around the underwater light fixtures. He then drained the spa down to the fixtures and found them full of water due to a defective or improperly installed O-rings. He replaced them and spa still holding water after approximately two months.
He removed 150 feet of old caulking in patio area and refilled with new caulking. Some delays in getting this finished due to weather
interruptions.
