Apache Rose Custom Woodworks LLC

We've had this company do many jobs for us, including fencing, floors, etc, but this was by far the largest job we'd had him do. I took pictures at all stages of the build (you can see them here: https://goo.gl/photos/EtWD9TUit3mSLeJ9A). We started with a little 2 foot or so overhang roof piece and a slab of concrete. Our guidance to him was that we wanted a porch/deck (I never know which one to call it) with half walls. If I remember right, I think he suggested changing the roof overhang to a full roof over the porch. With that to go on, he designed a porch that exactly matches our house, gives us privacy while still being outside, with extras I never even considered, like speaker wires, a ceiling fan, and dimming lights. He thought of so many things I didn't, like making the walls 3 foot with a somewhat wide flat top so you can set your drink there if you want. He closed in the half wall with siding to match our house -- we expected it to be open, but it's so much more private with the siding. It's just beautiful. And of course the french doors are so far superior to that sliding glass door I always hated. The real testament to the quality of the work is that 4 years later, we still love to sit on the porch. We spend time in our backyard. We use everything he built to the fullest and it is still in great shape and still looks great. Steve built us something far beyond our expectations.

Steve (Apache Rose Custom Woodworks, LLC) was always punctual, great communication, stayed within the estimate given, and was very personable and professional and always cleaned up the work area.
