it was great! He was so professional and we felt very confident in his knowledge and skill level. We felt we could trust him to do what needed to be done and his price was good. It was an emergency weekend trip and Anthony was referred to us by someone on Angie's list that could not make it and could tell we were desperate. Anthony was a god-send! I would call Anthony if I needed anything and have recommended him to my friends.

Our water heater went out on a Saturday morning and our normal plumbing company does not do work on the weekends. I was referred to Mr. Giddings by another Angie's List contractor. Mr. Giddings arrived when he said he would and was great. He did everything he said and more -- the new water heater works great and everything was perfectly clean and tidy when he left. (This was not the case when he arrived!) The estimate was right on target and I was not charged any more even though it was a very old unit and I know that he had more trouble than he expected in removing it. I will use him again when I need plumbing work.

I thought that he did a good job and he was very friendly. He works very hard and does whatever you ask him to do. The price was reasonable.

Anthony was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very professional from the initial contact throughout the whole job. We had just purchased a home that had several issues that needed repaired. The hot water heater was the biggest issue and Anthony came out on a Saturday and took care of not only the hot water heater, but many other issues. He was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and why it needed to be done. He was able to obtain a new toilet and sink for us that very day and install it. For a plumber to spend a full Saturday taking care of any problem we had, he has out business for like. We have called him 2 times since on minor things and he was quick to take care of us. We will be using Anthony to rebuild the plumbing to our water well. He has given us a more than fair price to take care of it. We obtained an estimate from 2 other plumbers and they were both higher and said it would take more than a day to complete. We have no doubt that Anthony will be able to complete the work on our water well in one day as he has told us. We also plan to use Anthony to reroute our sprinkler system from our household water supply to the water well.

It went very well. The shower faucet had not been worked on since the house was built (1972), and it was badly frozen, took considerable effort to get it taken care of. Anthony was meticulous in his work, and cleaned up after doing both jobs. Both faucets now work like new. Because of the frozen faucet and the trip to the parts store, the whole job took about 3 hours. He charged $150 total, including all parts and labor, which is very reasonable.

He is a wonderful plumber, and is just wonderful to work with. He runs his own business and is a wonderful man. He does small jobs and is honest. He was referred to us by the Faucet Parts Store. He has come out even at odd times and done his work beautifully.
