contacted ******** to get information on a Home Standby Generator. I spoke with ***** on the phone and by email and he was to contact their electrician to make an appointment with me to see exactly what I would need for our home. It took a couple weeks for John Ross with Anchor Electric to call and even longer to make an appointment. The first time he came out to the house was May 8th, yep 5 weeks later and that only happened after I contacted ***** for a third time. Unfortunately I am a police officer with an unpredictable schedule and got stuck at work and couldn't meet at the 430pm time. John said he would get back with me early the next week but two weeks later I contacted ***** and asked for another electrician to call me. Its been two weeks as of today and haven't heard from anyone. I can only assume if you can't be available during what is convenient for them. Whether its **** or their electrician, either way it should be their responsibility to use sub-contractors that provide at least some sort of customer service. Because of that I give ***** a D. Would be an F but I know there were others involved in this fiasco. **This actually started as a review of another company but the issues really came from John Ross of Anchor Electric. Before doing this review I looked them up online and found their website. The site talked a great deal of service and professionalism and even emergency services but I don't believe they have any real concept of those terms. I certainly wouldn't call them in an emergency. Bottom line, don't contact Anchor Electric unless you can meet between 8am and 430pm M-F, if you try anything else don't hold your breath or you'll turn blue and die waiting. Anchor Electric gets a big F from me.
