We selected American Eagle Builders because of their reputation and local ownership. The workmanship was topflight. Installation Tech was highly experienced and professional. I encourage you to discuss your home improvement project with AEB. They will deliver an excellent result.

When my husband and I scheduled the window replacement, they told us that they were about 2 months out. This wasn't a big deal, especially once they told us that each window is individually custom made. A few days after we signed all of the paperwork, someone came out to take all of the measurements. AEB called me the week before the two month mark to schedule the install. Since my husband works nights, Friday was the easiest day for us to be present (though they said it wasn't required for someone to be there the whole time), so we scheduled for that following Friday, 6/23. The workers showed up bright and early and went straight to work. I was amazed at how quickly they got the job done while still achieving an outstanding quality of work! In less than a day they had the entire house done, including the finishing. The work crew had a few guys in it, and you could tell each had an assigned task within the scope of the job. They worked quietly, but were very nice and respectful. Once I started joking around with them a bit I found that they were friendly as well, and heard them joking around a bit once they realized it wouldn't bother us. Even then, though, they never stopped working except for a quick lunch break. They were very careful to cover and protect everything in the house, and once they were done they cleaned everything up perfectly and even hung up all of the blinds and curtains! They had my husband walk through at the end to see how everything looked, and we both ended up impressed with the work they had done. They even told us they would have been done earlier but that they were one man short on the crew that day. One thing that I thought was impressive was how they made sure to close the doors as they took windows out of a room so that the rest of the house wouldn't get quite as hot since it was so warm outside, which was a consideration I don't believe a lot of crews would have thought of. The windows themselves are amazing as well! The heat inside of the house has definitely been reduced, and the lack of sound from outside is outstanding! Since my husband works nights, this was one of the main reasons we wanted to replace the windows. Every noise from outside came through the old windows, and even someone just shutting their car door hard close by could make them rattle. Now, with the new windows, I can hear a loud boom of thunder, but not much else. It is wonderful for my husband, and he sleeps much better now during the day! Overall, I am extremely impressed with American Eagle Builders and would wholeheartedly recommend them! Both the work and the product have exceeded my expectations, and I'm sure we will be using them again in the future for other projects! **NOTE: The inside pictures were taken while the guys took a quick lunch break, which is why it looks incomplete. We knew when we asked them to give us a bid, they would be higher than our other two bids, they were about 20% higher.   We chose them because of the quality of their materials. 
When the city inspector came out - he said "you guy's spent some money here.   This is quality work and materials.  We get 70 mph straight line winds, this will still be here after the storm and not down the ally or in your neighbor's swimming pool two blocks away.   
We were very pleased with the technical knowledge of the professional installers.  They were on their game. The installation was completed quickly.  After it was finished they got up on the roof with a water hose and tested for leaks.  They found a few and made the corrections.  We have had two heavy rains, which we badly needed and we have had no leaks.  We have four down spots for water run off and they have controlled the water flow nicely.  We have enjoyed the coming of the Fall and cooler weather and we are having breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the patio,  The grandkids are riding their trikes under cover of the awning over the drive way.  Yes, I will recommend them for their quality product and installation.          

Had back porch awning installed. Awning looks great. Also had gutters in back yard replaced. All work was excellent. Would use again.

2/10- Appointment with sales person after a cold call.  Estimate given  and accepted.

2/16 - Kitchen doors and drawers removed.  Due to miscommunication I was not expecting to have to  clean out the cabinets before they arrived. I thought they were just going to  take the doors off the cabinets.
3/1 - Countertops removed.
3/2 - Countertops installed.  Due to scratchs on  the countertop found after installation, the counters had to  be sanded and buffed several times.
3/12 - Doors and drawers installed.  One door was not correct (not the correct width)
3/23 - Replaced door that was not correct.
3/30 - Countertop by refrigerator replaced due to incorrect  measurement.
After the countertops were installed and before the doors were  installed, the kitchen was tectured and painted by John Bradford Painting who is also on Angie's List.
Everyone was friendly, professional, generally on time or called to let me  know there would be  a delay.

I am very pleased with the outcome in my kitchen.

They were exceptionally good.  They cleaned up the mess, they did a good job with installation, and they were very professional.  There was an issue with the permit, but it has been handled as far as I’m concerned.  I would recommend them.  I don't know how their price compares, but I am very happy with the quality of the windows.

I think it was a good experience.  I like that they installed the windows within four or five hours; I expected two or three days.  They were extremely competent and they cleaned up after they finished.  They put all of the furniture back where it had been and you couldn’t even tell that someone had been there.  They showed me how to use them for escape purposes and so forth.  I was just overall pleased with them.

We were completely thrilled with them. They did what they said they would and did it in a short amount of time. They cleaned up after themselves . They also used a quality product. They gave a very long detailed presentation describing what they would do to fix exerything. They didn't ask for a dime until the project was done.

American Eagle Builders are great. They are excellent. In fact, there was something that was just a tiny bit off with the windows from the factory production. They would've worked fine but American Eagle sent them back and had them fix the window until it was right at no extra charge. They were really nice. We were very happy with them. I felt like they weren't trying to pull any sales gimmicks on us. They were very accommodating and I felt like they were honest.

Quality of windows was high. Others bidding on siding told us they could have done the job for about half the cost of this company. Salesman claimed it was a 'special' deal for advertising. Salesman forced us to listen to ALL his pitch when we were sold long before. Salesman needs to get over himself and learn that some people are bottom liners and don't need to hear every detail he has researched. Too busy for this! Don't accept contract from them without getting a competing bid. Workers was ok but we later had the siding bidders show us all the problems with their installation. They did come out and fix but there was LOTS of fix-up work that needed to be done. (Kitchen window was binding, caulking not done well, screens not in frames, and handle on patio door loose)

They did quality work. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. They hauled off all of the materials and did a very good job. I was happy with them.

This was an awesome experience. They came out to install the windows and found that two of them weren't right. They reordered them and came back to install them. When they were installing them. They noticed that there was a small flaw in another window. We hadn't noticed it. They then ordered windows to replace them. The color is very close to the siding of the house. They made a follow-up call to see if everything was okay. These windows are beautiful and of high quality.

From start to finish the company exceeded our expectations.

These folk's are true professional's. The windows are beautiful and we have seen a big drop in our energy bills.

They did real good work, I'm just not sure about the pricing because I didn't get other quotes to compare.
