Flooring
We were assured by Amazing Surfaces that they could make the floor that was to be resurfaced look like the mixican pavers that adjoined to the floor to be resurfaced. In no way did it look or have the smooth look of mexican pavers. It looked like rough slate (very rough and uneven). Also the color did not look like our mexican pavers. The sealer that was used was the wrong kind. It had a grit that made it feel like you were walking on sandpaper. We were told they had put the wrong kind of sealer on it, the kind used was for outdoor surfaces near pools to keep the surface from being slippery. The sealer was also very poorly applied, as some places got no sealer and others had thick puddles. Three times we were promised that they would come out and correct the problems and three times they did not show up or call.
